Plant Theory Landscaping offers a range of landscaping services, but not lawncare. Our crew designs and installs gardens, trees, flowers, and plants, maintains gardens and plants, and protect plants after the growing season with fall clean-up and winterizing services.
New landscape installations range dramatically in price, so understanding your budget will help us provide better design advice. At a minimum, determine some budget parameters, such as $2,000-$5,000; $5,000-$8,000; $8,000-$12,000, or $12,000-$18,000+.
To determine the approach for your landscaping project, we will meet with you to conduct a site analysis. We will take a tour of your existing landscape and discuss your objectives. In addition to providing feedback on your ideas, we will share options for general layout, materials, and plant choices. Additionally, we will discuss the project scope, budget, and design goals.
To ensure plant health, longevity, and a satisfactory return on your investment, we perform up to two wellness checks within the first two weeks of installation.
Our landscape professionals perform horticultural landscape maintenance. A wellness monitoring maintenance schedule entails:
- Weeding of beds
- Deadheading
- Pruning/Shaping
- Water metering and hand watering
- Environmental and pest monitoring
- Treatment of pests and nuisance critters through least environmentally impactful means
- Nutrient and pH level monitoring
- Fertilizing
- Fall clean-up and winterizing
